Product Lead

About the role

Casita is seeking a Product Lead to own and continuously improve its product roadmap, translating company objectives into clear product priorities and driving acquisition, engagement, conversion, booking, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and lead product planning, refinement, reviews, and release processes.
• Develop deep understanding of customers through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to turn problems into product opportunities.
• Use product analytics and business data to define and track KPIs, run experiments, and measure impact of releases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and senior management to align stakeholders and communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and trade‑offs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning digital consumer‑facing web or mobile products end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and comfortable with fast‑paced, changing priorities.
• Ownership mentality with ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, and technical constraints.
