About the role

Bask Health builds a full-service SaaS platform that lets doctors, entrepreneurs and developers build direct-to-consumer telehealth businesses. It is looking for an experienced, strategic Product Manager to lead its product offerings, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with engineering and product teams. The role suits someone who thrives under pressure, has an entrepreneurial spirit and a startup mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions independently, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
• Lead new or early-stage initiatives, often acting in several roles at once
• Shape the product roadmap using competitive and user insights to help PMs and engineers prioritize
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to take products from concept to launch
• Gather insights from customers, patients and partners so products are intuitive and solve real problems
• Act as the voice of the customer in every product decision

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven Product Manager experience, preferably in software (telehealth a plus)
• 1+ year of JavaScript/TypeScript and 1+ year of engineering experience
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Knows how to code, reads code and turns complex problems into engineering solutions
• Familiarity with agile development and ClickUp
• Git flow
