Product Manager - Ophthalmology

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company based in Giza, Egypt, is looking for a Product Manager for its ophthalmology business. The role covers the full product life cycle, including marketing strategy, brand planning, launches and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product marketing strategy and annual brand plans, with full responsibility for managing the product life cycle.
• Manage all launch activities of new products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Own the product P&L and all financial KPIs, ensuring positive profits and financial growth aligned with the brand strategy.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns and digital activities that support the sales team.
• Build long-term partnerships with medical societies and key opinion leaders to understand patients' and healthcare providers' needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ophthalmology care experience preferred.
• Experience in new product launches is a strong asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Digital marketing tools and KPIs.
