Product Owner – Enterprise Digital Solutions

About the role

United Delta is seeking a Product Owner to lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of enterprise‑wide digital solutions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical architects to ensure solutions meet client objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising items based on business value, dependencies and feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define end‑to‑end solutions across multiple enterprise platforms and ensure seamless integration.
• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders, including senior executives, and facilitate workshops and product demos.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and development teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming and delivery validation.
• Identify and manage cross‑system, cross‑team and vendor dependencies, coordinating API and data‑flow alignment.
• Mitigate integration risks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Define product KPIs, success metrics and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership within complex, multi‑vendor enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing full product lifecycle from requirement definition to continuous improvement.
