Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will partner with Product Management to shape and drive the roadmap for our DevSecOps platforms. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and scrum teams, you will ensure that deliverables align with business goals, customer needs, and platform scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with value‑stream leaders and business groups to define and prioritize requirements.
• Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to generate new feature ideas.
• Develop long‑term strategic goals and short‑term tactical plans for DevSecOps products.
• Manage large‑scale initiatives and coordinate across multiple technical teams.
• Own scrum team deliverables, KPIs, and sprint velocity.
• Monitor product metrics, identify improvement areas, and resolve production issues.
• Lead migration of products and tools to cloud infrastructures (GCP, Azure, AWS).

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience, including product development or systems engineering.
• 5+ years hands‑on with CI/CD technologies.
• Proven track record in product, program, or change management within cloud‑based environments.
• Deep expertise in Agile practices and JIRA.
• Strong infrastructure/systems engineering background with DevSecOps tools.
