Product Owner - Tech Innovation

About the role

Infomineo, a global AI-enhanced research company, is looking for a high-ownership Product Owner in Cairo to lead the development of a core product vertically. The role suits a "full-stack" product leader who can handle both high-level strategy and deep technical execution, acting as the owner of the product's why, what and how.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product roadmap, taking full accountability from discovery and research through development, launch and iteration
• Identify friction points in user workflows and turn them into high-impact product requirements
• Own and prioritize the backlog, keeping the engineering team supplied with well-defined, refined stories
• Translate business needs into technical documentation and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Run Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos) and validate that delivered features meet the Definition of Done
• Influence stakeholders with data and trade-off analysis, and lead change management, documentation and user training for product adoption

Required profile

• 4+ years in Product Management within the tech/SaaS sector, with a track record of leading Agile delivery squads
• Self-starter who owns the success, quality and stability of the product
• Decisions based on data, comfortable discussing technical architecture and integrations with engineers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Native or fluent Arabic; professional fluency in English; French strongly preferred
