Production Manager – Home Appliance Manufacturing

About the role

JNOD Industrial Egypt is launching a state‑of‑the‑art home appliance factory in the industrial zone of Egypt. As Production Manager you will be the engine that drives daily operations, builds a high‑performing team and ensures the plant meets on‑time delivery, quality and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans to achieve OTD targets.
• Lead 5S, SOP implementation and continuous process optimisation on the shop floor.
• Minimise waste and rework while maintaining top‑tier product quality.
• Train, coach and motivate the local workforce to meet global safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labour laws and EHS regulations.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Quality, Finance and Warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management; experience in home appliances is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on, startup‑mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
• Strong grasp of production planning, cost control and equipment maintenance.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian industrial practices and labour regulations.
