Production Section Head (Sterile)

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a Production Section Head (Sterile) to lead its sterile manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and high‑quality production of sterile pharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily sterile production activities, guaranteeing adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.
• Manage, train, and evaluate the sterile production team to maintain high performance.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
• Maintain strict environmental controls and aseptic techniques throughout the sterile area.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 7‑9 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production.
• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cGMP regulations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
