Products Management Lead – SMEs

About the role

The Products Management Lead for SMEs will drive the development, launch and optimisation of banking products targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and micro‑very small enterprises (MVSEs). Reporting to the Head of SMEs & MVSEs Product Management, you will collaborate with marketing, compliance and operational teams to ensure product success, profitability and alignment with QNB’s market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and launching new products for the SME & MVSE business.
• Co‑operate with Marketing/Communication to set marketing plans and campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities for each product within QNB’s SME & MVSE market strategies.
• Continuously review existing products and recommend restructuring to maximise sales and profitability.
• Propose innovative new product initiatives.
• Conduct periodic product analysis and report findings to senior management.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to execute product development plans.
• Coordinate product awareness activities with the SME Line of Business to meet customer needs.
• Monitor products and services on the MSME portal, update content, and select success stories for publication.
• Recommend portal subscriptions and support Incubator Hub related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking field with deep knowledge of the Egyptian market and economy.
• Based at the Head Office.
