About the role
Ingram Micro, a leading technology distributor, is looking for a Technical Presales Consultant in Cairo. The role supports the sales of assigned products by giving presales support to customers and resellers.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions
- Meet with end users to understand their requirements
- Generate bills of materials and design solution blocks with hardware and software vendors
- Run demos and proof of concept presentations for customers
- Organise and deliver technical training for partners and customers
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of presales experience
- Technical cyber security experience
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
