About the Position

Join MAP Advertising, a dynamic player in the advertising industry, as our new Professional Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, playing a crucial role in shaping the professional image of our agency through excellence in hospitality and administrative support.

Main Missions

  • Front Desk Management: Welcoming visitors, managing registration processes, and ensuring the reception area remains professional, clean, and inviting at all times.
  • Communication & Call Handling: Managing a multi-line telephone system, filtering and transferring calls, taking accurate messages, and handling professional email correspondence.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing executive agendas, booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, and organizing catering services for corporate meetings.
  • Logistics & Mail: Overseeing all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Administrative Support: Providing essential support through data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized physical and digital records.
  • Visitor Assistance: Acting as an information hub by providing details on company services and directing guests to the appropriate departments.

Profile Required

  • 2 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the advertising or creative sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Proximity to Heliopolis, Nasr City, or surrounding areas is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
