Project Execution Manager

About the role

The Project Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing large Customer projects or work packages of very large, Category A projects. These projects involve extensive software, services, and sustainability components, and are characterised by organisational and technical complexity, multi‑business involvement, high risk, and complex contractual contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of large Customer projects following the company’s Customer Project Process (CPP) and other applicable policies.
• Lead functional project teams, coordinating across business units to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Handle the technical and organisational complexity of Category A projects, including software integration, service delivery, and sustainability requirements.
• Monitor project risk, contractual obligations, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex Customer projects or work packages.
• Familiarity with company‑wide project governance processes, especially CPP.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a multi‑business environment.
• Strong understanding of high‑risk, high‑complexity project environments.
