Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive strategic business, supply‑chain and construction projects from planning through successful execution. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering to final handover.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, providing regular updates.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement across business and supply‑chain initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing construction and/or supply‑chain projects.
• Strong technical background.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
