Project Management Working Student – Rolling Stock

About the role

Join Siemens Mobility Egypt’s Rolling Stock team as a Project Management Working Student. You will support one of Egypt’s first high‑speed rail projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a large‑scale, international engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Assist in developing and optimizing document‑management processes and repositories.
• Build and support process improvements and automated solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, and data handling.
• Create dashboards, templates, and automated reports to enhance project transparency and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to translate requirements into practical digital or automation solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering program or a related field at a reputable university.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely while taking ownership of tasks.
