Project Manager – 4‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to lead creative and social projects during a 4‑month maternity cover. The role is fully remote, based in Egypt, and will support our team in delivering high‑impact, socially‑driven campaigns for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of content retainers, social campaigns and creative productions, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Strategy, Creative, Production and Account Management—to align resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations and handling feedback.
• Monitor project scope, budgets and resourcing, balancing creative ambition with commercial realities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase clarity, consistency and efficiency across the delivery workflow.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, social, production or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack).
