Project Manager (Fluent English)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project proposals, define timelines, budgets and resource needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans, milestones and deliverable schedules.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the lifecycle, assigning tasks and authority.
• Implement communication, risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, ensure data integrity and consistency across the enterprise.
• Adjust schedules or plans based on status reports and project performance.
• Establish reporting standards and documentation procedures.
• Benchmark project management performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client‑facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
