Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to lead content retainers, social campaigns and creative productions from brief to delivery. You will ensure projects stay on track, on budget and meet client expectations while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Keep teams aligned by collaborating with Strategy, Creative, Production and Account Management.
• Build strong client relationships as the day‑to‑day contact, providing updates and managing feedback.
• Monitor project scope, budgets and resourcing, balancing creative ambition with commercial reality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery consistency and clarity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, social, production or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and calm under pressure.
