About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Property Consultant to join our real‑estate team. You will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience across prime locations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals and market research.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote the company’s real‑estate projects to prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales and client activity reports for management.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitors and new projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in exhibitions, events and promotional activities representing the company.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
