QA / Process Improvement Specialist (CMMI & Agile)

About the role

We are looking for a QA / Process Improvement Specialist to lead and support the implementation of quality standards, CMMI, and agile processes across our projects. The role combines coaching, process design, and quality assurance activities to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor project teams on process execution, policies, and best practices.
• Lead the company’s process improvement program, including CMMI implementation for agile development.
• Plan, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and manage the QMS assets library.
• Participate in process and workflow automation initiatives.
• Administer Jira and EasyBI tools.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external quality audits, including preparation, reporting, and follow‑up actions.
• Identify bottlenecks in quality assurance processes and propose corrective actions.
• Deliver orientation and training on new processes when required.
• Provide consultancy to stakeholders on quality assurance activities and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret multidimensional data.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably EasyBI.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and impact assessment of changes.
• Familiarity with CMMI or ISO quality standards.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
