QA/Test Engineer – Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer to ensure high product quality across our web and mobile learning platforms. The role involves both manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Review requirements with product and tech teams to identify gaps and define test scenarios early.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain test documentation such as test plans, cases, and reports.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and uncover edge cases.
• Own and improve the QA process, ensuring efficient bug tracking and stable releases.
• Mentor junior testers and promote strong quality practices across teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
• Strong manual testing experience, especially on large or multi‑role platforms.
• Good knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, and JMeter.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Ability to write clear, actionable bug reports and documentation.
• Experience with Django or React‑based applications.
• Knowledge of performance, load, or stress testing tools.
• Background in EdTech or large‑scale learning platforms.
