Quality Assurance Manager – Automotive Production

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for GB Corp’s bus and coach manufacturing lines. This senior position focuses on ensuring products meet customer, internal and regulatory requirements while driving the company toward IATF 16949 certification by 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the QMS across all vehicle production processes.
• Ensure minibuses, buses and coaches comply with customer specifications, internal standards and automotive regulations.
• Lead the certification project for IATF 16949, coordinating cross‑functional teams and documentation.
• Strengthen quality culture, documentation practices and audit readiness throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within automotive or heavy‑vehicle manufacturing, preferably bus/truck body building.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• SolidWorks.
• AutoCAD.
