Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that all manufacturing processes meet strict safety, regulatory and quality standards. Working closely with production teams, you will verify that raw materials, equipment and final products comply with GMP and internal specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and verify that workers follow safety procedures.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standards.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑production quality checks and generate detailed reports.
• Oversee issuance, weighing and release of raw materials, confirming specification conformity and proper storage.
• Monitor plant environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature against set guidelines.
• Check machine conformity to standards and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a very good or excellent grade.
• Fresh graduate willing to start a career in quality assurance.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good understanding of QA processes and Agile development methodology.
• Familiarity with quality assurance terminology, methods and tools.
