Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will join iSON Xperiences in Heliopolis to ensure that all products and services meet the company’s high quality standards. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections across processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Document findings and generate reports for management review.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and GMP standards.
• Excellent analytical, observational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in AI or technology‑focused environments is a plus.
