About the role
The Quality Control Specialist will develop and apply quality standards for dairy production, working closely with operative teams to sustain and improve quality performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards for assigned areas.
- Inspect incoming and outbound products, as well as raw materials used in manufacturing.
- Apply GMP in manufacturing areas and conduct inspection, testing, and sampling according to quality plans.
- Prepare reports in line with system requirements.
- Implement ISO9001 and ISO22000 documentation and ensure compliance with Food Safety Authority regulations.
- Ensure products meet specifications at each production stage.
- Supervise cleanliness and sterilization of the factory.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture (food science/dairy) or a related science field.
- Ability to work with ERP programs.
- Knowledge of industry legal rules and guidelines.
