Quality Engineer – Technical Support & IMS

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will also provide technical support and manage our Integrated Management System (IMS). The role involves monitoring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor in‑process and final product quality to ensure compliance with the defined quality plan.
• Ensure timely corrective actions for internal and external rejections.
• Analyze quality performance data and develop improvement actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Write technical reports and prepare graphs and charts to document experimental results.
• Conduct process audits and analyse product defects.
• Verify the capability of online measurement equipment.
• Supervise all quality control activities.
• Provide technical support and audits for processors and glass makers.
• Draft, follow‑up, implement and improve the Integrated Management System.
• Issue and supervise the IMS audit plan and receive third‑party audits.
• Follow up and ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and drive the continuous improvement program.
• Implement and maintain the company document control system.
• Support local WCM activities while implementing global and local projects.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, environment & safety policies and the company QMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant specialization).
• 1–3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Training in product compliance, claim management and QMS.
• Minimum three years experience developing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
• Proven track record of delivering improvements to EHS and quality programs.
• Strong analytical skills and good proficiency in English.
