Real Estate Agent (Cairo)

About the role

August Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo office. You will be responsible for managing property listings, guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, and ensuring smooth transaction closures.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to generate new business.
• Prepare and present detailed property information to clients.
• Coordinate property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and record‑keeping.
• Build long‑term client relationships and deliver responsive customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close transactions efficiently.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and contract coordination.
• Strong sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and effective communication in Arabic and English.
• Deep awareness of the Cairo residential and commercial market.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and keep organized records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using real‑estate CRM tools.
• Comfort with online listing platforms.
