About the role

SCKYLERS is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in El Tagamoa El Khames. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and tenants, guiding them through property tours and providing detailed information about the company’s developments.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on local real‑estate trends.
• Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate sales or lease agreements, and close transactions in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transaction details.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with a solid understanding of real‑estate and property law.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to build trust with clients.
• Knowledge of the local market, property valuation basics, and regulatory requirements.
• Independent work style with effective time‑management and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital listing platforms.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
