About the role

The Real Estate Agent at EgyProperty works full‑time on‑site in New Cairo, helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties while ensuring a safe and efficient marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the transaction process.
• List and market properties using online platforms.
• Negotiate offers and prepare necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on local market trends and property regulations.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of real‑estate practices.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow‑up and closing transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo market and local property regulations.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail, high ethical standards and commitment to a trustworthy client environment.
