Real Estate Agent – Primary/Resale, District 5

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Agent to specialise in primary and resale properties in District 5, New Cairo. You will work on‑site, building relationships with clients, guiding them through viewings and supporting every step of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts and generate sales opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information on units and advise clients on market trends and pricing.
• Prepare, review and coordinate sales or rental agreements, ensuring all documentation complies with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation or client relationship management within real‑estate or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of the New Cairo market, especially District 5, and ability to give informed guidance on primary and resale properties.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple listings and client meetings.

Required skills

• Comfort with basic digital tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and property data management.
