Sales Business Analyst

About the role

Namo Properties, a growing UAE real‑estate company, seeks an experienced Sales Business Analyst based in Egypt to support its remote UAE sales team. You will turn sales data, CRM activity and market information into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve sales performance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, revenue, pipeline activity, conversion rates and team KPIs.
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports and performance trackers.
• Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation through qualification, consultation, negotiation and closing.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support sales forecasting and revenue planning using historical and current sales data.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of lead sources and sales activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research related to UAE real‑estate and investment opportunities.
• Use AI, automation and modern analytical tools to improve reporting, forecasting and sales operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analysis or commercial analytics.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, conversion rates, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, data and modern business tools.
