Receptionist – Front‑Desk at Co‑Working Space

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and members at our coworking space in Sidi Gaber, Alexandria. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and members with a professional, positive attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage meeting‑room reservations and coordinate coworking‑space usage.
- Perform administrative and office support tasks, including filing and document preparation.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests and members.
Required profile
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate.
- Basic English proficiency (elementary level or higher).
- Reliable, punctual, and well‑organized.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
