Recruiter – BPO Call Center

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our BPO call‑center operations. You will partner with business units to understand staffing needs and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for BPO roles such as customer service, technical support, and sales.
• Develop and maintain local sourcing channels including job boards, campuses, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, conduct initial assessments, and drive the offer process.
• Collaborate with business units to define hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyse data and optimise processes to meet hiring targets.
• Support employer branding initiatives and organise recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the BPO/call‑center sector.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour laws and the local talent market.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive hiring goals.
