Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring Specialist

About the role

Bayzat is seeking a hands‑on Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for priority positions across the business. The role is execution‑focused, requiring speed, quality, and compliance in delivering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer closure.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct outreach, building strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening calls, produce concise decision‑ready notes, and apply assessment criteria consistently.
• Partner with hiring managers, recruitment operations and the TA lead to unblock delays and ensure data cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting with a focus on execution and results.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage pipelines and meet hiring timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to compliance and data integrity.
