Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

Bayzat is seeking a hands‑on Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for priority positions across the business. This execution‑focused role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and disciplined process ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer closure.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Ops, and the TA Lead to ensure fast, data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Provide a consistent, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach; build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve outreach quality and response rates.
• Conduct structured screening calls, produce clear decision‑ready notes, and apply assessment criteria consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a focus on speed, quality, and compliance.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Proficiency in building and managing talent pipelines.
