Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Transportation Company

About the role

TUT is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing electric‑vehicle transportation business. Based on‑site in New Cairo, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across blue‑collar and professional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with universities and professional networks.
• Create and post job descriptions, manage recruitment platforms, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and compliance with HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including massive hiring in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience hiring blue‑collar workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
