About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Maadi. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent for a variety of positions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and in‑person interviews.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
Required profile
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet hiring targets.
