Recruitment Lead Expert – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Recruitment Lead Expert to partner with hiring managers and drive the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process across its automotive and energy solutions business. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded to support the company’s growth and innovation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interview panels between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference checks, employment verifications, and criminal background checks.
• Negotiate offers, manage the acceptance process, and oversee onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to build a talent pipeline for future openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
