Recruitment Specialist – IT Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for our IT department. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding top technology talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate on‑site interviews and maintain interview schedules.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep hiring trackers up to date.
• Track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill, and source of hire.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Required profile

• Experience in IT recruitment (technology and software hiring).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
