About the role

Pyramid Glass is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in Borg El Arab, Egypt. The role will manage the complete hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, supporting the company’s rapid workforce expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across all levels.
• Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring requirements and timelines.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and support training initiatives.
• Promote a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring processes.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Experience with employee onboarding and training.
• Ability to collaborate with teams to meet recruitment goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant education or professional HR certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
