Recruitment Specialist

About the role

AlMunif Pipes is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in 6 October City. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using various hiring platforms and job boards.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to reach timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and update hiring status.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Support onboarding activities and assist with training initiatives for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
