Regional Brand Planning Specialist

About the role

CHANGAN Automobile is seeking a Regional Brand Planning Specialist to drive brand strategy and promotion across its M&A regional markets. You will translate global brand objectives into localized campaigns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances while boosting brand awareness and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to uncover insights on target user values and evolving brand attitudes.
• Decompose overseas brand strategic objectives and design the annual brand promotion strategy for the assigned region.
• Plan and execute brand launch, product launch, exhibition, and IP cooperation activities.
• Collaborate with the domestic brand team to align regional projects with the overall corporate strategy.
• Implement brand localization strategies that respect local laws, regulations, and customs.
• Maintain brand visual identity guidelines to ensure consistent brand expression.
• Manage branding project budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of each initiative.
• Monitor brand metrics to improve awareness, preference, and loyalty.
• Build and operate regional official platforms, including websites and social‑media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in branding or marketing.
• Preferably graduated in journalism, communication, advertising, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry and solid knowledge of automotive markets.
