Regional Power Systems Study Technical Authority – Senior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to become the regional reference point for advanced Power System Studies across the Middle East and Africa. In this strategic position you will act as the Subject Matter Expert and single point of contact for Power System Studies, supporting both sales and execution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional authority on Power System Studies methodology, tools, and best practices, with a focus on ETAP software.
• Assist sales and execution teams in positioning, scoping, quoting, and delivering complex studies.
• Leverage regional and global expertise networks to improve execution efficiency.
• Standardize pre‑sales and execution processes to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Lead the regional Power System Studies community through technical exchanges, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop execution capabilities across the region.
• Validate complex quotations and support the delivery of high‑impact studies.
• Ensure the quality of studies and reports produced by regional teams and act as the bridge to global expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with regional exposure.
• Proven experience using ETAP for power system analysis.
• Strong client‑management skills and ability to work across multiple countries.
