Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

About the role

The Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality talent on time across Egypt and the Gulf region. This role ensures that all departments have the manpower they need to achieve optimal performance while adhering to HR budgets and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support manpower planning and hiring strategies for Egypt and Gulf markets.
• Conduct research, data gathering and analysis to identify the best talent sources.
• Engage recruitment agencies and other channels to secure timely, well‑matched candidates.
• Maintain a broad talent pool to guarantee immediate availability of required skills.
• Respond promptly to planned and unplanned staffing requests, ensuring maximum labor utilization.
• Promote the company’s brand to candidates, ensuring fairness and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to streamline recruitment and selection processes.
• Perform any additional activities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in Egypt and/or Gulf countries is preferred.
