Registered Nurse – Full‑time, Cairo

About the role

Alameda Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its acute care team in Cairo, Egypt. You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support the hospital’s commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and administer medications according to clinical protocols.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and emergency response as required.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge instructions, and post‑hospital care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with infection‑control and safety standards.
• Mentor junior staff, participate in handovers, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing, eligible to practice in Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Solid clinical experience in acute or tertiary care settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS or other advanced life‑support certifications are a plus.
