Registered Nurse – Hospital (Cairo)

About the role

Alameda Healthcare is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Nurse to join its tertiary care hospitals in Cairo. The role involves delivering direct patient care, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring a safe, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs according to clinical protocols.
• Assist with medical procedures and support patients with daily living activities.
• Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and document care accurately.
• Communicate patient updates to physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and post‑discharge care.
• Adhere to infection‑control standards and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Support orientation of new staff and students as required.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license/registration in Egypt.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Clinical experience in hospital or acute‑care settings; experience in ICU, ER, or medical‑surgical units is a plus.
• Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and care‑planning abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work calmly in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
