Religious Sales Manager

About the role

Thomas Cook Tours is seeking a full‑time Religious Sales Manager to lead the growth of faith‑oriented tour packages. Based on‑site in El Sheikh Zaid, you will work closely with travel agencies, community groups and pilgrimage leaders to create and sell culturally significant itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with travel agencies, community organisations and group leaders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including quotation preparation and proposal tailoring.
• Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure accurate itineraries and high‑quality service delivery.
• Monitor booking pipelines, revenue targets and produce regular sales reports.
• Conduct market analysis, organise sales presentations and participate in promotional events.
• Handle customer inquiries, escalations and maintain up‑to‑date CRM records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in religious tourism (mandatory) and at least 5 years in a sales‑manager role.
• Proven track record in travel, tourism or hospitality sales, preferably with group or religious/cultural tours.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Residency in 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas is highly preferred.
