Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user profiles and in‑app interactions to ensure compliance with community and cultural standards.
• Handle sensitive and complex situations, mediate conflicts, and guide respectful communication between members.
• Provide clear, empathetic support via in‑app messages and social‑media channels.
• Monitor overall platform health, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest enhancements for safety and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, respectful tone.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in sensitive or complex situations.
