About the role
Elsalon.net is a carefully moderated marriage platform that connects serious, marriage‑focused individuals. We are looking for a Remote Community Manager to safeguard the quality of our community, support users, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and moderate user profiles and in‑app interactions to ensure compliance with community and cultural standards.
- Handle sensitive and complex situations, mediate conflicts, and guide respectful communication between members.
- Provide clear, empathetic support via in‑app messages and social‑media channels.
- Monitor overall platform health, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest enhancements for safety and engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, respectful tone.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in sensitive or complex situations.
