About the role

Elsalon.net is a carefully moderated marriage platform that connects serious, marriage‑focused individuals. We are looking for a Remote Community Manager to safeguard the quality of our community, support users, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Key responsibilities

Review and moderate user profiles and in‑app interactions to ensure compliance with community and cultural standards.
Handle sensitive and complex situations, mediate conflicts, and guide respectful communication between members.
Provide clear, empathetic support via in‑app messages and social‑media channels.
Monitor overall platform health, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest enhancements for safety and engagement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and fostering meaningful relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, respectful tone.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in sensitive or complex situations.
