About the role
We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users across our digital platforms. Working fully remotely, you will help resolve hardware, software and account issues, ensuring smooth daily operations for our remote workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and system‑related problems.
- Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Assist with account setup, access problems and password resets.
- Document cases, resolutions and system updates in the knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technical teams when needed.
- Identify recurring issues and report trends for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (training provided if needed).
