Resale Team Leader

About the role

Driven Properties is seeking a dynamic Resale Team Leader to head its resale division in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. You will lead a group of real‑estate agents, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless property resale transactions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective resale sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Manage property listings, verify documentation, and oversee transaction processes.
• Identify new resale opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian resale property market and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis, property management tools and CRM software.
